Where were you in 1982?

That’s a pretty tough question to answer.  Can you narrow it down to a state?  Maybe even a city.

That’s the problem with litigating an accusation that’s 36 years old.  Two weeks after.  A month after.  The question would be, “where were you last Saturday night?”  Maybe you could say, I was at home listening to Kool and the Gang on my boombox.  Or I was up all night playing Frogger on my new Atari.

It’s a little more difficult to produce an alibi for 1982.
